Beautiful World is the theme song for the first of the "Rebuild of Evangelion" films called "Evangelion: 1.0 You are (Not) Alone" (ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版:序 [Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Jo] - The English translation is Rebuild of Evangelion New Theater Edition: Preface).

Kiss & Cry (which reached No. 1 on the iTunes Download Charts) was first announced in late April, and is the Nissin's Freedom Cup Noodles commercial theme song. Fly Me To The Moon (In Other Words) is a another mix of the version on her Wait & See ~リスク~ single.

NEW Utada Hikaru Single Release Date!

The highly anticipated (and possible double A-sided) single release by Utada Hikaru would be released on 29 August 2007, according to her official website as of 4 June 2007.

It would feature 3 songs, including "Kiss & Cry", the current TVCM Nissin Cup Noodles theme song. However, the title of the single is still undecided. Do expect the other A side song to appear sometime soon in late June/early July.

"Kiss & Cry" is Utada Hikaru's brand new song. However, it is not the leading A-side song for the single as stated by Hikki herself. Thus, Hikki's 19th single will most likely be a Double A-side release.

Flavor Of Life-Utada Hikaru

"Flavor Of Life" is Hikki's comeback to chart dominance. Not only did this song chart at No.1, it charted at the top position for a massive 3 weeks in a row, fending off strong competitors like Koda Kumi.

Also, this single outsold her previous 3 singles in a matter of 3 days. Amazing.

That said, this single does not break new grounds although it satisfy fans. It is Hikki doing what she is previously known for. The regular version song has more intruments and sounds like Hikki during her "Deep River" days. More bass, and more volume in the song and the arrangement flows better.

The ballad version shows off more of Hikki's voice, less intruments and slightly more raw compared to the original version. And somehow, Hikki's voice sounds more deeper here.

The only problem I have with this single is the PV, she just looks too dowdy.

Yes, my dear music fanatics, this single is a must hear. In fact, this is one of few Japanese singles that is worth listening over and over again.

This single, sounds very light and breezy, somewhat similar to "traveling" but lighter. Insanely catchy and happy. Furthurmore it provides a positive message to keep on trying.

There is something special about this song, i know it.

It's a die-die must listen song.
